| Essential Responsibilities: | SEED program accelerates the development of young talents through a structured program combing coursework, job assignments and project exposure. The program consists of: - A two-year program consisting of three 8-months, cross product lines and functions rotational assignments in Global Operations, including Record-to-Report, Buy-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Order-to-Cash, Customs, Tax, HR, Sourcing, Property, Travel and Living etc. - Six Sigma - Green Belt certification is required during the two- year program to enhance the quality and project management skill - To supplement on-the-job learning, leadership training, enterprise standard finance training, controllership and accounting related certification sponsorship ( such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA …etc.) will be provided through 2- year program. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - 2-4 years working experience in relevant fields, e.g. finance/accounting, HR operations, Customs, Property, Sourcing, Tax, etc.. - Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills - Fluent in English, both written and speaking - Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated - For GE internal candidates, minimum 1 year service year with GE is required |
